Colourful Musical Notes

7 November, 26 December
Saturday 11:00

* Free Event

Organised for children between 6–9 years old, this online workshop is inspired by artworks featured in the exhibition For Eyes That Listen at Arter, which address different ways to represent musical notation. Encouraging children to employ daily sounds in the interpretation of artworks, and use colours and patterns instead of musical notes, the workshop aims to foster creative thinking on the potentials of visualising music through the unique compositions each participant will create.

Materials required for the workshop: Drawing paper, watercolours, black marker, colouring pencils, ruler.

The workshop will be held in Turkish.

Registration is required. Please send an e-mail to ogrenme@arter.org.tr to register for the online event.

Capacity: 12 children

Ages: 6 – 9

Approximate duration: 1 hour*

Online communication platform: Zoom

* Event durations may vary according to the contents contributed by the participants.
