The first concert of the “Young Musicians on World Stages” series – initiated by the vision and leadership of Güher and Süher Pekinel, and continuing with the financial support of Tüpraş – will take place on October 17, featuring the acclaimed violinist Naz İrem Türkmen and the composer, conductor and pianist Maximilian Cem Haberstock. Having performed at the Verbier Festival for two successive years and presented a talk at TEDx in Munich,Takács-Nagy, Sergei Babayan, Richard Goode, and Lang Lang. Naz İrem Türkmen, the youngest member of the Young Musicians on World Stages, is a laureate of the 12th International Arthur Grumiaux Maximilian Cem Haberstock has received the support of eminent musicians including Mariss Jansons, Prof. Gábor Competition for Young Violinists and continues her studies at the Hochschule für Musik München with Prof. Sonja Korkeala. The duo will be performing pieces by Chopin, Beethoven, Schubert and Pablo de Sarasate on Thursday, October 17 at the Sevgi Gönül Auditorium.
